That’s where Rosie's Dhaba comes in. This truck serves up Indian cuisine that’s hot (in both definitions of the term) and fresh. The curry is great and if you’re a fan of exceptionally spicy they’ll make it to order. Our heartburn thanks us profusely after each visit. There are many non-fiery options to consider as well. rnrn Sunland Park BBQ rnrn We’re proud Texans, so we can’t overlook some great BBQ. Sunland Park BBQ is a truck with exactly that. The brisket is excellent and so is the pulled pork. Our favorite lunchtime treat is the “3 Way,” a combination of smoked brisket, carnitas, and chicken smothered in the house BBQ sauce on a bun.
