The 2023 Ford Escape in El Paso, TX flaunts four engine options under the bonnet. The standard one is a 1.5L EcoBoost engine making 181 horsepower. There is an available 2.0L EcoBoost powerhouse generating 250 horsepower and another optional 2.5L I-4 hybrid engine with an output of 163 horsepower and 155 lb.-ft. of torque. The last powerhouse is a plug-in hybrid 2.5L I-4 engine cranking out 224 horsepower.

You’ll be pleased to know that the 2023 Ford Escape comes with four selectable drive modes, Eco, Sport, Slippery, and Normal, for driving on different terrains. The SUV has an excellent towing capacity of up to 3,500 lbs. Its ground clearance of 191mm makes it suitable for driving through shallow creeks and pools of water.
